Lead by a PGA Master Professional in Player Development, our goals are to help our clients define their current state of business, define true and workable goals to raise the standards of service throughout the entire golf experience, and find ways to connect with these players once they leave the property.

With the introduction to new technology, we, as the golf industry, have focused most of our attention on the golf equipment itself. But in our outside lives we have embraced online shopping, movies that come straight to the home, and grocery stores that shop for you. Golf Operations and Marketing have not kept up with the demands of technology by our customers and have seem a reduction in play and attention because of it. There are still courses out there that are using paper tee times or a ball spin rack at the first tee with golfers that are posting their entire round to Instagram.

Rockhold and Associates, Inc will work with you to Introduce new ways to extend your reach into the community and help focus on building a larger group of consistent players at your course. We have a strong background in both operations and marketing and we can be as hands on as you would like us to be. We can dig into your market and provide/implement steps to reach new golfers and bring them to the course.
